Chris Wright
Chris F Wright, an Associate Professor at the University of Sydney Business School specialising in labour market policy, industrial relations, migration and skills.
He has authored over 90 academic papers and edited 10 journal special issues and books, including Protecting the Future of Work: New Institutional Arrangements for Safeguarding Labour Standards (Emerald, 2023) and International and Comparative Employment Relations: Global Crises and Institutional Responses (SAGE, 2021). He has written research reports for the International Labour Organization, the UK, Dutch, Australian and New South Wales governments, the Lowy Institute, and various trade unions and employer organisations. He has a PhD from the University of Cambridge, is a past recipient of the International Labour and Employment Relations Association’s top emerging scholar award, and is a former President of the Association of Industrial Relations Academics of Australia and New Zealand.
