Tim composes submissions for various enquiries, including the productivity inquiry and prepares the State wage case. He is a member of the Australians Services Union, Australian Fabians and WA Labor. He previously worked for the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU) – Federal Public Sector, United Workers Union, and the CPSU/CSA. He has PhD in History from the University of WA, a Graduate Diploma in Journalism from Murdoch University, and has tutored and lectured in various university courses.
