Maria is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Centre for Decent Work and Industry, QUT Business School, Queensland University of Technology. Her current research explores the impact of technology and digitalisation, including digital platform work, AI and automation on existing and emerging work practices and human resource management functions.
